The rust color is a complimentary contrast to the navy blue. Also, the bigger grid print on top of the smaller grid isn't overpowering. Try on a pair of fun heels or ease into your favorite flats. Top the look off with a gold collar necklace & a tote for an office to happy hour outfit!
2. Comfort In Layers
As we all know, San Francisco isn't always dress-friendly weather. When the coastal climate creeps in and Karl the Fog blankets the city, layering is a fool-proof way to stay warm. We threw on a comfy loop knit sweater by Blu Pepper. The contrast sleeves look good rolled up or down, whether you're on the go or busy at work. We took the dress' belt and placed it over the outfit to keep a feminine silhouette without the bulk. Our geometric green and navy statement necklace & maroon shoulder bag give the outfit just the right amount color and pop!

3. Dress Up, Prep up
We've shown you trendy and comfy-cool but now let's take it back to the classics. For a preppy, 60's inspired look we layered the dress over the Shades of Grey button-up in olive. We love the crisp collar peeking over the neckline with a mint statement necklace giving off a retro vibe. Flying Tomato's check plaid boyfriend cardi is so soft and comfy, you'd think you could've taken it right out of your boyfriend's closet.
