RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

ASMBLY HALL prides itself in offering the highest in quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, an exchange or merchandise credit will be issued within 7 days of order delivery, we do not offer refunds. An exchange or merchandise credit will only be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition, unworn, and free from stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. All items must have original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE.

To return merchandise purchased online, email us at AHservice@asmblyhall.com with your web order number, date of purchase and reason for return prior to shipping items back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs to send back the returned item and exchange for additional items. ASMBLY HALL does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to ASMBLY HALL.
